Ms. Blin-Hayes has more than six years of experience in Business
and Family Immigration assisting individuals and U.S. and foreign
companies in industries such as high-tech, e-commerce, biotechnology,
telecommunications, entertainment, travel and manufacturing. Ms.
Blin-Hayes is experienced in the preparation of letters and documentation
required in connection with nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions
and applications filed with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration
Service, Department of Labor, Department of State and U.S. Embassies
and Consular posts abroad.
Ms. Blin-Hayes is a law graduate of the University of Toulouse in France,
and holds a L.L.M. degree in U.S. Legal Studies from the Golden Gate
University in San Francisco. She also earned an ABA approved Paralegal
Certificate from San Francisco State University, and is fluent in the
English and French languages.
