O’Connell moved to the Bay Area nearly five years ago from
Southern California where he began his education. After transferring
to U.C. Berkeley he graduated in May 2007 with a Bachelor’s
degree in English; he has been working as an immigration paralegal
since that time. Abel has experience in both immigrant and nonimmigrant
visas including H-1B, TN, and L-1 petitions, labor certification
and PERM applications, multinational manager immigrant petitions,
and adjustment of status applications.
